Kinnikuman family colours

I've been on a bit of a Kinnikuman buzz at the moment. Downloading various stuff of one of my favourite anime/mangas.

I thought I'd have a go at drawing them as I've never tried drawing them before.

We have Suguru Kinniku (origianal Kinnikuman), Kinniku Mantaro (Kid Muscle), Mayumi Kinniku (King Kinniku) and Meat.

So yeah - I drew the pic with blue lead pencil, Tria grey markers and PITT pens.

Scanned it in, greyscaled the original and coloured it in Photoshop using layers that were either 'overlayed' or 'multiplied.'

Wanted to experiment with how it would look drawing traditionally in greys and then scanning and colouring digitally.

Not too bad for a first attempt at it. Will definitely try it again.
