King of Stylin' and Profilin' 2

This is my entry for 's Tekken 1 tribute.

I chose King's 2P costume cos I alwaus thought it was pimpin'.

King is one of those characters that have influenced my life with the mask and gimmick being something I adopted when I started my pro wrestling career.

As a little kid, I fell in love with the Tekken series with Tekken 1 when I was button mashing with the Tiger character and when he performed a suplex, I was like, "HE'S A WRESTLER!!!"

So yeah - I've been using King as my main character since Tekken 1.

As a pro wrestling fan, I saw King's shirt and suspenders costume as his 'Stylin' and Profilin' gear. So I imagined King cutting a promo in this gear a la Ric Flair and Nick Bockwinkel.

The logos in the background are the Mishima Zaibatsu logo and the Tekken x NJPW logo they used for a limited edition t-shirt. I also added the ticker tape with up-to-date info on the Tekken tournament to add that filmed for television look that old school pro wrestling TV shows had.
